• Each special purpose vehicle is a closed-end “non-fund” investment. A closed-end investment vehicle only requires a certain amount of investment capital. Once the required capital threshold is reached, the investment vehicle is then closed to further capital and partners. This therefore increases asset efficiency and significantly reduces operational and agency costs.
• Each of our assets will have clearly defined entry and exit strategies.
